Studio 53 focuses on wellness through meditation, yoga, red light therapy and healing sauna heat in a welcoming environment where everyone can grow at their own pace. Meditation is included in all our classes, as well as options for guided mediations during your sauna and red-light therapy. Meditation offers powerful benefits for every stage of life.
